Hmmm... a LEADS MEMBERSHIP COMPANY ?

I choose a Leads Membership Company
hands down!

But why a Leads Membership Company instead of just buying
leads everywhere constantly from many randomly selling LEAD
companies ?
This is a very good question and t
he answer is two things...
1) EXCLUSIVENESS & 2) GREAT INCOME POTENTIAL.

If I do choose to get leads why not get them Exclusively FRESH &
NON-SHARED. Also, get paid handsomely for being a member with
a Leads Membership Company that has a great reputation LIKE THIS ONE
by Mr. Fred Stege.

I would rather have exclusive Fresh Leads of 125 people per month than
1,000 leads per day that have been resold 7 times who are ready to hang
up the phone in my face once I call them. Because it's the QUALITY over
the QUANTITY.

The income is AWESOME also with THIS COMPANY

Read the information on the site carefully because there is a huge difference
between a LEADS MEMBERSHIP company and a LEADS selling company.
CHOOSE a LEADS MEMBERSHIP COMPANY and get paid handsomely for
being a member like many are doing who see the light now.

Dreams & Integrity is a Key To Getting What You want

The most critical attribute for realizing our dreams
is integrity. In a conversation about dreams, integrity
is essential and can be summarized this way: Say what
you mean and mean what you say. Honor your word
and agreements and you will be living with integrity,
where dreams really do come true. Simple, yes, but
not always easy.

Vastly overscheduled, often the person its most difficult
to keep our commitments with, is yourself. As you practice
upholding your values, you are given opportunities to show
up or to sell out. When you are challenged, do you lose sight
of what matters to you? Do you have an internal pulse, a set of
conscious principles that you live your life by? If you are
committed to a life of joy and abundance, filled with love,
generosity and contribution, integrity is a must.

Integrity creates trust and accountability. Surrounded by crowds,
you can feel lonely if youre not true to yourself. Without integrity,
you can have great wealth and still feel worthless. And lacking
integrity, you wont trust yourself or have faith in your dreams.
When we leave things unresolved or incomplete, we are out of integrity.
You can recognize something as incomplete by how you feel about it.
Is the matter settled? Do you worry about it? How is it impacting other
areas of your life?

When you are complete with something you don't even think about it.
There is no agitation or energy wasted. Its up to you to decide if something
is incomplete or not, but its difficult to focus on future dreams when you
are consumed by your past. Incompletions can be notorious and contagious
as one leads to another. Buried under burdensome annoyances we can feel lost,
afraid or confused. Take Jake for instance. He didn't pay his taxes for two years.

The IRS put a lien on his assets, so he was labelled a bad credit risk. He c
ouldn't buy a house or rent an apartment. Eventually he lost his credit cards.
He was caught in a downward spiral that also undermined his confidence
and self esteem. Linda let her parking tickets pile high and never got around
to paying them. She became afraid to drive her car because she might get towed.
Concerned about driving to work, she eventually lost her job. A small detail led
to a bigger concern, which led to an even worse problem.Carol had a room in
her home that she called the "black hole," filled with incomplete items.

Since she and her husband were trying to sell their house, she knew it was time
to tackle that project. She came up with a list of over one hundred "items to do.
" They included returning things she had borrowed, writing letters, even mailing
back an inexpensive bracelet she had stolen from her local drug store when she
was a teenager. It took some time and effort, but with each item she handled,
Carol felt lighter and freer. Within a few weeks of completing her list, they easily
sold their house. Completion creates freedom.

First Steps This powerful process of exploring whats been left unsaid, undone
or incomplete in your life is one of the most awesome things you can do to free
yourself and have more access to your dreams. If undertaken to the best of your
ability, this may be the most profound thing you have ever done. Look at all
these important areas and use this formula as a guide to scrutinize your life.
The areas to explore (but are not limited to) include your body, mind, home,
work, finance, and people (living and dead).

1. Write down what you feel incomplete
about with anyone or anything.
2. List what you need to do to complete it.
3. Complete as many items as possible.

How do you complete something? You may need to write a letter or make a
phone call. You may need to forgive someone or just declare "it's over.
" On some items, you might need to create a project plan or you might not
even know yet. Just do your best to get rid of anything that is weighing you
down. Removing clutter will give you greater clarity and energy for the
things that are important to you. As you complete what you can, feelings
of pride, accomplishment, and peace of mind, can motivate you to take on
even the tough things. Free to move forward, now you can tap into the flow
of life. The more your life is in order, the faster and easier your ability to
manifest dreams will become. It's just that simple.

Getting Yourself Some Business Affiliates

Tons of businesses in the recent times have affiliates that
they carry out their business with. These companies come
together in order to meet a certain purpose whether it's
a part of a better marketing plan or it is for the cause of a
charitable organization. The affiliates have to have one
binding factor due to which they come together.

This way it is all the more beneficial to have a networkof business
affiliates right at the beginning of the business. The network makes a
lot of business sense as this presentsthe possibilities of interaction
with the future clients. However, zero in on the clients with whom you
think you can have amutually beneficial relationship. And you don't
need to worryon the account of any business type as in any and every
business you can find affiliates. In order to find a reputable business,
organization, or charityto serve as your business affiliate, look to your l
ocal chamberof commerce.

This organization is an excellent way to locatepotential affiliates and
build a superstructure of clients. Additionally, joining your local chamber
of commerce will provide you with asupport system if you are starting
your own business. Having thisgreat resource is excellent for any individuals
entering into thewonderful world of entrepreneurship.Ask your friends, family
members, coworkers, or neighbors forpotentially affiliate information. You will
find having affiliates toshare in your business endeavors will promote your
business andprovide you with more clients. Find abusiness in relation to yours
in order to develop an affiliate association.Take the sign making business, for
instance. If that's what you aredoing, you should choose to affiliate with someone
in the marketingand advertising field.

This way both the parties can profit from amutually beneficial alliance.
You should look out for businesses thatwill help you boost your business
by expanding your client list.A lot businesses opt to develop affiliates with
charitable organizations. This is an excellent way to give back to your
community and help othersthrough giving. Many of these charitable
affiliate associations also provideyou with advertising and marketing
opportunities. For example, if you arebeginning a construction business,
consider beginning an affiliate relationshipwith a charity like Habitat for
Humanity.

Furthermore, use business affiliates to draw resources from your
partners. If you find yourself at a need for a specific product or
service your affiliate provides, seek their help. In many instances,
businesses form affiliaterelationships with companies or corporations
for their goods and services. For example, if you are constantly using
a local printing shop for their offered services, consider beginning an
affiliate relationship with that business. Inexchange for discounted
rates on their services, you will be providing themwith clients and
vice versa.Always remembert that it is not enough to begin your
affiliate relationshipwith businesses or companies in your area;
you need to do all that it takesto make the relationship work.
And the best way to do it is by allowing otherbusinesses to be
privy to your goods, services, and clients. Business affiliates
go a long way in nurturing your business in the growing stages.

"The Good Ole' Corporate World's Bottom
Still Line remains the same"

Over the years as we observe and watch the shift taking
place in Corporate America with downsizing it is nothing
new to realize that their bottom line remains the same.
The primary thing that Corporate is concernedabout is
still and always will be profits. They do not care if it takes
eliminating the jobs of a faithful employee that has been
working and serving the companyfor 15, 20 or 25 years.

They simply want to make profits and more profits. How
much do they really care about employees then ?Well most
corporations have taken away the pensions that employees
used to get. The employee is on his own now tofend for himself
completely. That's why a lot of people are starting to open up
their eyes and see the light at the endof the tunnel and realize
that Network Marketing can bean attractive vehicle after all.
Why not get in that vehicle and drive it ? It's a wonderful ride
when you get with a system and product that knows how to
make it run well.

"Please Avoid the Forty Times Three!"

I am quite sure that the majority of us have heard
this before especially if we are veterans in MLM/
Network Marketing. The question is though, Is there
any merit to this statement?Corporate Americans
would more than likely ask us Networkers "What in
the heck do you mean by suggesting to us to avoid
the Forty Times Three?"

They want to know what is its meaning so that they
could then evaluate if it is something they should indeed
avoid. As we Networkers already know the "Forty Times
Three" is the Anti-Wealth Plan. It is the common mistake
a lot of Corporate past employees discovered of working for
40 hours a week for 40 years and then retiring onjust 40%
of there pay.

Is there any merit to this they want to know, It sure is! There
are constant analys is done all year round on this true fact that
this is what has happened and is constantly happening to past
Corporate workers. Why would someone not take action to insure
that this will not come down their financial street when they see
this catastrophic truth looking them right in the face based upon
real statistics? I have no idea...

I am Twanzell Williams and I am here to help.

Participate instead of Spectate.

Whatever you do always remember that time waits
on no one. I learned this valuable lesson from a
mentor years ago. It is not a wise thing to not take
action and watch others make awesome accomplishments
but rather take action and do something to achieve your
personal goals also in life.

You do not want to have any regrets and have the woulda-
coulda-shoulda blues one day like many others who have
said that they had marvelous ideas and concepts that they
wish they would have taken action on, but for some reason
or another they just never got around to doing it.I don't know
about you but I never want to become familiarwith that song ever.

I want to write my own tunes and music in this life. Don't you want to
do the same? Take action steps towards whatever you are dreaming
of in this awesome world of availability and opportunity. What could
possibly happen to you? I'll tell you what could possibly happen to
you my friend -
SUCCESS!

Have a good one.

Here's a treat for those who do Exhibits...

10 Critical Do's and Dont's While at an Exhibit.

1. Do:Be realistic. Tradeshows are long events. You're on
the floor for anywhere from ten to twelve hours at a go,
often several days in a row. This is a lot for any one person
to do on their own, and most Nichepreneuers are solo
operations. Ask for help. Recruit friends to work the show
with you. If nothing else, they can spell you while you grab
a quick bite to eat.

2. Don't:Forget! If you have friends help you at the tradeshow,
it behooves you to provide them with some training first. Make
sure that they understand what your services are, how you're
different from your peers, and what the marketing message is.
Also, have a plan in place to cover what they should do when
they run into a question they don't know the answer to.

3. Do:Ask qualifying questions. You want to know who you're talking
to, who they work for, and in what capacity. This will help you determine
if the attendee is a prospective customer or not.

4. Don't: Be afraid to encourage people to move along if they're not
interested in your services. Some of the people who attend trade
shows are 'tire-kickers' -- they like to discuss everything, but buy
nothing. You don't want to waste your time with them.

5. Do:Take notes. Take time before the show to create a lead-card system,
in which you'll record pertinent information to facilitate post-show follow-up.

6. Don't:Depend on your memory -- no matter how good you are, a few
words scrawled on the back of a business card won't be enough after the
show's over and you've met with literally hundreds of people.

7. Do:Be polite and nice to everyone. The junior executive today can
be a senior executive tomorrow.

8. Don't: Forget to read the Exhibitor's Service manual. This is the thick
packet of materials you received when you registered for the show. Inside,
you'll find everything you need to know about exhibiting at that particular
show -- and discover important deadlines for ordering services. Don't miss
those deadlines or you'll pay more for everything!

9. Do: Reach out to the media. Have a press kit available in the media room.
Be open to interviews -- reporters and freelancers often walk the floor looking
for stories. If you have something truly newsworthy to announce, schedule
a press conference at the show.

10. Don't: Forget to advertise your tradeshow participation. Make sure your
target audience knows they can see you at the show, where you'll be, and what
they can expect when they visit you.

Follow these things to make your next show outstanding.

Fishing For Prospects: What kind of bait are you using ?

An exercise for defining what prospects you are attracting.
Fly fishing — it doesn’t work, does it? When I first watched
someone fly-fishing, I saw them release the line that went out
far in the water. No sooner had the fly hit the water it was
being jerked back and reeled in. Even today, I still don’t
understand how this method catches any fish. Yet it does,
so I am told. See, I have never been fly-fishing.

It looks like so much more work too. I’m used to the worm,
bobber, sitting on a short foldable chair, having some great
conversation ever once in a while, sipping on a beer (okay
root beer so we don’t X factor this article, relaxing and waiting
for the nibble. Or, is it praying for that nibble.Okay, either one.
If you talk to a fly-fisherman, he says his method is the best.
And the same is uttered from a by-the-seat-of-the-pants
fisherman as well (cute description huh, I thought so too).
What makes the difference than? Is it technique? Is it the
water type — salt or fresh? Is it the type of fish you are going
after? Is it the equipment
or supplies? Is it the bait offered? Okay, back to the first question
— what is the difference? The right answer is “all of the above.”
You can also throw in the temperature, weather and time of day
you are fishing as well. The right answer still is, “all of the above.”
And it all depends on the right combination of all these items
performed in a step-by-order method too.
You don’twant to toss out the fly without the line.
Well, I guess you can but the chances of seeing that fly again is
next to nil for sure.Marketing is not any different from fishing.
If you are tossing out the wrong hook to the right fish, they are
not going to bite. If you have the right fish and hook, and the
wrong technique — fly-fishing instead of butt, wait and
pray fishing. This too will not get many results.
This is why so much emphasis is placed on your needing to know
your correct target market. Because if you don’t you are forever
going to be trying what different lures, hooks and techniques
that wear you down as well as your resources trying to figure
out what is the right combination. You can’t catch flounder in
a fresh water or blue gill in saltwater. Many times, and without
knowing it because you are just glad for the business, the fish
pick you. So, what are you attracting? Let’s take 15 minutes
today and begin an exercise that answers that question.
Getting late in the day. Oh, yes, what are you attracting? Since
I write mostly for service professionals, let me present the
“how-tos” for you. If you own a retail store or have a much
larger client base, you can do the same by calculating just the
top “A” list by revenue generated. I recommend starting this
process by hand to get the “feel”of it and then you can move
it over to Excel or a similar software as it grows. Yes, you have
my permission to allow this fish to get bigger in this “fish
tale.”On a new sheet of paper, turned sideways or landscaped,
in the far left hand side create the first column. Now write down
the first name of you client (or last name or both). If you don’t
remember their name and you had given them a nickname, use
that. It doesn’t matter as long as you know who they are.In the
second column, title it “M/F.” You guessed it, “male or female.”
I knew I didn’t have a “dah” market reading this. Now, go down
the column and write in the answers next to each name. Next
column, title “M/S/D/U” = married, single, divorced, unknown.
Go down the column and complete again. Remember, before you
move onto a new column you want to complete the previous column
as much as possible — there is a subconscious reason for this
I don’t want to go off topic to explain, so I’m asking you just trust
me on this. Please. Here is a list of other demographic type of
information you want to continue in this same format: Age, time
zone, number of children (if any), how long a client, marketing
resource (how did they find you or you them), fee, and service
type.As you continue to go through and complete each column
you will begin to see some patterns on the type of client you
are attraction as well as how they became your client (the source).
Continue with this project by adding more distinctions over the
next week. That way you will be able to see how it goes.

I hope this helps.

What do they really mean ?

I just heard on the radio approximately a half an hour
ago these words for a radio advertisement... - "We want to
give our children the best education possible." And then 20
minutes before that I heard the announcement of how
thousands and thousands of more white collar jobs are
going over seas right now.

What can we all make of this ? Think about it.

Hmmmm.... We educate our children to againgo to school
to serve the Corporate Worldonce they graduate when
there is no guarantee of stability for them to retain their
jobs for the long haul. Guys whatever we do let's implant
in our children's conscience liitle minds to remember that
entrepreneurship is such a wonderful option.

When my nephew Douglas Jr. comes over to my house I
always mention to him something about entrepreneurship.
And guys when I speak to him you should see how attentive
he is. It's amazing to see his eyes buck as I speakinto that young
developing mind of his.He is very smart and bright and I know for
a fact that he is geting it as I continue todrop those little seeds of
entrepreneurshipinto his head.Let them know different options
early sothey can know how to apply them later.

Let's share and learn together on this road of Financial Freedom
thru the awesome vehicle called Network Marketing.

I am here to help that's all.
